Transfer credits from other educational institutions are not accepted. Courses may be taken on campus, onsite (extension), or online. Potential students need to apply for full admission to LIM's graduate programs.

Note: Graduate certificate students may elect to continue their studies at LIM beyond the 18 credits of this certificate model. Earned credits from the Graduate Certificate in Theology and Ministry program can be applied toward a Master of Pastoral Studies (M.P.S.) or Master of Religious Education (M.R.E.) degree. Upon completion of 12 credit hours, graduate certificate students must apply for the certificate or apply for candidacy in a LIM master’s degree program; the 12 credits already earned will then be applied to a candidate’s work toward a Master of Religious Education or Master of Pastoral Studies degree.
