This course covers the fundamentals of the language with primary emphasis on listening comprehension, reading, speaking and writing.

ITAL A101 First Year Italian II 3 crs.

This course is a continuation of Italian A100. Students continue to develop their listening comprehension, reading, speaking and writing skills.

ARAB A100 First Year Arabic I 3 crs.

This course is designed for students with no previous knowledge of Modern Arabic.  Students learn the Arabic alphabet, basic writing and conversational skills, and entry-level Arabic grammar, including gender of nouns and verbs and regular conjunctions.  Students are also be exposed to Arabic culture and customs of polite society.
