2013-2014 Continuing Education Certificate in Theology and Ministry Program Listing (DPCL)
A Continuing Education Certificate in Theology and Ministry may be awarded to students who have completed a total of 18 CEUs of graduate study at the Institute for Ministry. Courses may be taken on campus, onsite (extension), or online. The certificate consists of
A Spanish version of the continuing education certificate is also offered in the extension program format.
Note: Certificate students may elect to continue their studies at LIM beyond the 18 credits of this certificate model. Earned CEUs from the Continuing Education Certificate in Theology and Ministry program can be applied toward a Certificate in Pastoral Studies (C.P.S.) or Certificte in Religious Education (C.R.E.). Upon completion of 12 CEUs, continuing education certificate students must apply for the certificate or apply for candidacy in a LIM C.P.S. or C.R.E. program; the 12 credits already earned will then be applied to a candidate’s work toward a Certificate in Religious Education or a Certificate in Pastoral Studies.
